I hear there's no graduation ceremony for high schools in Britain, but since there are no wizarding universities, I think Harry and his friends deserve a little pomp and circumstance. =) I had to really rush to get this one done in time for my friend, so the quality is a bit lacking. Nonetheless, I think I pulled off my original idea fairly well.
